Experience

Rebecca is a barrister and mediator with over 16 years' experience across all jurisdictions. Rebecca accepts briefs to advise and to mediate in a broad range of practice areas including commercial and contract disputes, property and financial settlements, workplace and employment disputes, and family law matters.

As an experienced company director and business operator as well as a barrister, Rebecca brings a commercial, practical approach to mediation, understanding not just the legal issues, but also the business and personal realities involved.

Rebecca is available to conduct mediations in regional Victoria, particularly Geelong, the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Western Victoria, as well as in Melbourne and online (via Zoom, Teams etc).

Rebecca was Senior Associate to Chief Justice Marilyn Warren. She read with Sara Hinchey (as her Honour then was), with Jeremy Ruskin KC as her senior mentor.
