Patrick graduated with LLB (Hons) and BA. Further studies include a Grad. Dip. Labour Relations Law and completion of a Grad. Dip. Applied Law (Family Law). Patrick completed articles at Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper Australia), was a Senior Associate at Maddocks and acted as Associate to Ryan J of the Federal Court of Australia in 1996.
Patrick is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Industrial Bar Association.
