Kate accepts briefs in a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular interest in contractual disputes, class actions, insurance and professional negligence matters.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Kate was a Senior Associate at Colin Biggers & Paisley, where she practised in the firm’s insurance team in Melbourne and Sydney. She was also Associate to the Honourable Justice M Osborne and the Honourable Justice Garde AO RFD in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Environments (Architecture), a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws.
