Experience
Harriet specialises in common law and insurance litigation. Her practice includes work accidents, transport accidents, public liability, medical negligence and torts generally.
She is available to appear, advise and draft paperwork in all jurisdictions for both plaintiffs and defendants.
As a solicitor Harriet practised in insurance litigation. She has represented plaintiffs, corporations and insurers across a range of personal injury, public liability and other insurance matters.
Harriet was associate to His Honour Judge Ginnane in the County Court of Victoria. She assisted his Honour with hearing serious injury applications and common law damages trials, as well as managing the self-represented litigant serious injury list.
Harriet is reading with Julia Frederico and her senior mentor is James Mighell KC.
