Experience
Christopher practises across all areas of common law, with a particular focus on personal injury. His practice includes work and road accidents, institutional abuse, public liability and medical negligence proceedings.
Before coming to the bar, Christopher was a senior associate at Russell Kennedy where he acted on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission in relation to statutory entitlement claims, serious injury applications and common law damages proceedings. Christopher has also acted in judicial review proceedings for WorkSafe.
Christopher brings to his practice a strong foundation in personal injury litigation and experience acting for major statutory insurers.
Christopher is reading with Megan Cameron and his senior mentor is Shaun Gladman KC.
