Prior to coming to the Bar, Megan was associate to Her Honour Judge Davis at the County Court of Victoria. During Megan’s associateship, Her Honour sat as Judge in Charge of the Damages and Compensation List, as well as at VCAT and in the criminal jurisdiction. Megan gained experience in personal injury trials (both jury and judge alone), serious injury applications, criminal trials, pleas and directions hearings. 

Megan has a strong interest in personal injury law and administrative law.  

Megan holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (major in Japanese) from the University of Melbourne. She is currently completing a Masters of Law at the Australian National University, and is a volunteer lawyer at the Mental Health Legal Centre.
