Paul practices in all areas of commercial and public law.
Before coming to the Bar, Paul was Associate to Justice Anderson at the Federal Court of Australia.
Paul commenced his career in private practice, including at Minter Elllison. His experience includes commercial litigation, public law, regulatory law and taxation. Prior to his role at the Federal Court, Paul worked as a Legal Researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (with first class honours) from Monash University. He will shortly complete a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne, where his studies focus on public law and litigation.
Given his commercial background, Paul has strengths and interests in corporations law, insolvency, taxation, equity and trusts. Paul’s experience in the courts and his academic research also gives him strengths and interests in constitutional, administrative and migration law.
