Kathleen practises in public, commercial and criminal law.

In addition to her practice, Kathleen is a Teaching Associate at the Monash University Faculty of Law.

Kathleen previously served as the Associate to the Honourable Justice RRS Tracey AM RFD of the Federal Court of Australia.

Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Kathleen was employed as a Senior Solicitor in the Appeals Directorate of the Office of Public Prosecutions.

Kathleen previously worked as a legal officer at the Coroners Court assisting Coroner Rosemary Carlin (now a Judge of the County Court) and as a lawyer within the Court of Appeal Registry.

Kathleen read with Peter Wallis. Her senior mentor is Ross Gillies QC.
