Luke practises in commercial litigation.

Luke has particular expertise in intellectual property (including trade marks (both registered and unregistered), designs, copyright and confidential information) and trade practices litigation.

Luke has also been involved in a number of high profile disputes in relation to wine geographical indications, including the Coonawarra and Rothbury cases.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Luke was a Senior Associate with Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Luke is also the Secretary of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
